No our loved ones are not in heaven Jesus said death is like sleep and they are waiting for the resurrection. John 5:28-29 NIV “Do not be amazed at this, for a time is coming when all who are in their graves will hear his voice and come out-those who have done what is good will rise to live, and those who have done what is evil will rise to be condemned. Luke 8:51-56 NIV When he arrived at the house of Jairus, he did not let anyone go in with him except Peter, John and James, and the child’s father and mother. Meanwhile, all the people were wailing and mourning for her. “Stop wailing,” Jesus said. “She is not dead but asleep.” They laughed at him, knowing that she was dead. But he took her by the hand and said, “My child, get up!” Her spirit returned, and at once she stood up. Then Jesus told them to give her something to eat. Her parents were astonished, but he ordered them not to tell anyone what had happened

Bernie Taupin, the lyricist for Elton John’s #1 hit “Rocket Man,” had a sudden stoke of genius for the song while driving down an English road in the early 1970s. Dixit Taupin : “With ‘Rocket Man,’ the first two lines came to me when I was driving along, and by the time I’d gotten home, I’d written the song in my head.” “She packed my bags last night, pre-flight Zero hour, 9 a.m.” The first manned mission to the moon 🌖 landed in July 1969, and the last one landed back on Earth 🌎 in December 1972. INTERESTINGLY, within that timeframe, three iconic pieces about travelling the stars ✨ were issued : David Bowie’s “Space Oddity”(1969), Harry Nilsson’s “Spaceman” (1972) and Elton John’s “Rocket Man” (1972). Taupin explained : “People identify [‘Rocket Man’], unfortunately, with David Bowie’s ‘Space Oddity.’ But it was actually inspired by a story by Ray Bradbury, from his book of science fiction short stories called ‘The Illustrated Man.’ In that book, there was A STORY CALLED ‘THE ROCKET MAN,’ which was about how astronauts in the future would become sort of an everyday job. SO I KIND OF TOOK THAT IDEA AND RAN WITH THAT.” The musical part came quickly for Elton John, who spent January 1972 at the CHÂTEAU D’HÉROUVILLE in 🇫🇷 France with Taupin and his band to cut “Honky Chateau”*… … AND THE REST IS HISTORY‼️ 💙✨💜 * HONKY CHÂTEAU is the NICKNAME that was given to the Château d’Hérouville. It was COINED by none other than American singer-songwriter Rex Foster, the first artist to record an album - “Roads of Tomorrow” (1971) - at the Château in 1969-70❗️
