Elvie Stride vs Willow Go chit-chat

Thank you for the review and the hacks. I am leaning toward the willow 3.0, only because the bags and spill proof. I don't like it's louder than the others and the no control on the choosing let down only option. Got that from reviews. But I need something more spill proof and suction. Any other tips?

This is way late, but I just came across your video. If Willow GOs were available on insurance, do you think it would be smart to get those? And get maybe a spectra second hand or open box item like from goodbye gear?

If you could get the Go’s completely covered and use them as a secondary options- then yes I would say good deal. But I would not get the Go as a primary option. The spectra S1/2 SG (not portable) would be great first pump/primary pump options

I have the willow 3.0 and the willow go I like the 3.0 more then the go but the are great pumps

Interesting, I hated the Go with a burning passion but had great luck with the original Elvie. I got the stride for this baby to try out and figure worst case I'll use the cups with my Spectra Gold

I agree the cups could hack to the SG if need be, thats not a bad pump!

Hi ..for the stride fridge hack...if i put the empty cups in fridge for thr next use....would it work???or should i clean and dry it??

No, that works just fine. I personally won’t use the fridge hack for over 24 hours at a time.. that’s really at the far end for me. I usually got 12-14 hours, so like 5-6 sessions. But I wouldn’t recommend the stride as primary. I would only suggest those cups 2-3x a day or 1/2 of your overall sessions

The moment you put your daughter on the screen I was absolutely distracted seeing how cute she is looking all the time at the camera and yawning. She reminds me of my own daughter they are the same age now. Distracting element I stop listening to you!

Did the Go leak when you pump? I heard that's the biggest issue vs the stride is hospital grade while the willow go is not.

The only time I’ve had trouble with the Go leaking is with the 5oz collection option. It’s only happened 3 times and it’s been the duckbill backfilling into the flange after I’ve finished pumping and placing the pump upright out of my bra on the countertop. It’s not common but it has happened.

I’ve heard that hospital grade in respects to breast pumps are a marketing term and there’s not actually a standard for a pumps to meet to use this term

Where would you rate the zomee fit with these?
