@@janetbrowntlc Okay I can accept your opinion but when he sings.... the feeling about Elvis at that time was immediately crushed when austin performed his song Elvis.....it's very sad because his voice is shrill far from Elvis' image, far, very far from Elvis Austin wasn't Elvis' level at the time, that's why I said Austin's voice sounded like a water duck begging for food.

Austin is Absolutely FANTASTIC as ELVIS>> I saw Elvis in 1966 when I was 19 years old at the Memorial Coliseum in Portland Oregon.. I have felt for years that Elvis and I could have been brother and sister in a former life as we kind of look alike as brother and sister would.💋💋💋💋💋💋💗💗💗

Because it’s his job to IMPERSONATE HIM. Not become him. He does sing VERY SIMILAR TO HIM. He spent two straight years of listening to only Elvis’ music and interviews and was even BEDRIDDEN for about two weeks I believe after finishing the movie cause of the hard work and dedication he put into dancing like Elvis for two years straight for the movie. So respect to the guy it’s what he deserves! Even Priscilla Presley and Lisa Marie Presley gave him hugs and standing ovations after the movie they loved it!! If the close family LOVED the movie and his acting and everything then that definitely says something.

I agree but Elvis Presley was unique not only in singing, playing the guitar and dancing but also an incredibly gorgeous looking man....who can live up to that?? So the best thing to do, I believe is yo honour him with a film about him with an actor that has at least some similarity and plays the guitar and sings....

Maybe that sounded unloved, and I apologize. I'm an old Memphis girl who's been listening a long time. I could be wrong, but I never felt Elvis to be so vulgar when he danced. He just had a groove about him. I don't believe Elvis was trying to be seductive. I could be wrong, lol, but I will probably still watch the movie.

He is not an elvis of voice , face and appearance only as a copycat . Elvis has a bass sound and this medium is light in weight, so it's equal to Elvis? He hasn't incorporated yet the elvis mannerism here and doesn't look like Elvis but OMG, he sounds exactly like Eivis in the original recording of 'That's Alright mama'! Do yourself a favour, listen to some of the SUN Recordings like: 'Mystery train', 'Good rocking tonight' or 'I am left you're right'.
