I saw it as my job as a human to leave meds behind. To do this, I've focused on increasing awareness and gradually cultivating self-love, self-care, and an attitude of non-resisting and non-judgment of difficult experiences. Been off meds for 8 years. A work in progress.

What is life? Its has to do with how you define reality, conciousness and truth. That is the logical lens from which you view your life.this the logical way to define my existence. Now when i view it threw the esoteric lens its everything and nothing. Its wholesome and bigger than you or me. There is more to life than we normally see or exspirence. This life here demands what the egoic centralized way of living seems to demand but its what you hold in your mind. Its 24 hrs in a day. Its the human cycle and all the pain and joy that comes from this world. There is another world that is timeless where imagination lives. I think there has to be a balance of understanding of these two worlds. You can follow the spiritual teachings and escape this world but thats not living in this world . Or you can believe this is all there is and literally work your self to death chasing the almighty dollor. Either way your lost. Stuck between two worlds is the beginning is enlightenment. At least that is my current world. Love is the most important part. No matter which world you live in love is better than hate. Hope is better than Apathy. When you choose love you are seldom wrong and great things start happening. Coincidence come fast and you after awhile can no longer say its coincidence. The past is but a record and the future is but a thought but life in the ever constant state of being or becoming. When you die no amount of money matters. Re-learn your childlike innocence and it will open your heart again

Do i walk around saying namaste? No. Its been hard for me this steps towrds enlightment. I dont fit in. I am the observer reviewing my life and thoughts within. It been hard but i can bever go back becauze i know there is more. I cant be who i was. Enlightment comes in spurts and i have a way to go.

I’ve struggled with anxiety for years. A perspective that helped me overcome anxiety is to just let it happen. Be anxious. Just feel it however hard it is, just go with it and don’t fight it. It will pass. For me it was mostly in social situations, even just going to the grocery store or post office stressed me out. It has gotten so much better by discovering breathing exercises and meditation. Micheal Sealy has some nice meditation videos. Establishing a healthy sleep environment and pattern, and staying off your phone at night really helps too.

I finally understand this video after so many years. I never understood why I was just so unhappy and in despair and I thought losing all of this would only make it worse. But instead I became happier. I live every day inside my house, I don't even deal with the world and yet I am now happier than I've ever been. What I first considered to be the worst thing that could happen to me, I now realize was the most lucky thing that could've happened to me. Losing it all meant winning. This is my interpretation, but I think he's saying that when you're stuck in grief and sadness (a major part of depression), it's just an endless spiral that doesn't lead to any productive or positive outcome. It doesn't lead to anything at all. At a certain point, you have to accept the thing that is causing the grief and sadness and learn to live with it, rather than fight it so it's not there. Whether it be childhood trauma, illness, deep insecurity, unrequited love, etc. These are devestating phenomena and they're not "fair", but when we learn to accept them instead of trying to resist the pain they cause, we actually learn how to endure and move forward with our lives. It is the resistance to pain, grief, and sadness that makes these harder to live with. People who become resilient don't become so because their lives are easy. They become resilient by learning how to live with and overcome profound challenges.

He is absolutely right. The hardest thing to do in your life is to really and with humility love yourself unconditionally. There is a spiritual awakening in everyone's life, you need to be able to recognize it, and turn away from your old self and allow yourself to grow in the spirit of God. We were all created equally, we each have strengths and weaknesses, we are meant for a whole lot more then what money, luxury and designer anything of this world. We are in constant spiritual warfare, but with the Armour of God, we can push these demons away with our own light given to us from God. We chose our lives, we either stay in our own suffering and spin our wheels as most do, living in the past. If you have one foot in the past and one foot in the future, we shit all over our present, the here and now. Its extremely difficult to stay where your feet are, and experience the joy and freedom of the now. Yesterday is gone, tomorrow is not here yet, today is a gift, that is why its called the present. Mindfulness is a very real and powerful practice.

Mi apodo en español significa "I choose wake up".

I've been a Jim Carrey fan since the days of In Living Color. He helped me survive through a mentally abusive marriage. I would escape into his movies and TV appearances so I could laugh uncontrollably. I finally got divorced , but always remain a fan. What a great talent he has 💓

Carrey's mind, his rational self, is fearless. I have had his quote on the wall in front of me since I began writing my now-completed memoir four years ago, "We who are different have a chance to be original." Thank you, Mr. Carrey.

Thank You Jim Carrey. I saw this video. I hope that it was around the right time. I struggle too. I'm struggling right now. Hurts so bad that it cuts to my core. Trying not to lose myself. Just need to rediscover my self too. Keep doing what you are doing. I think that you can be a New Different Light To The World Now. I'm still searching for so many things right now. I just want to be okay. Don't Give UP Jim Carrey. Thank You So Much Again. Trying to make a new place for myself in this World.

I love that he decided to deal with life, without self medicating, to just accept that life has ebb and flow and nothing lasts forever, and the sooner you embrace that reality, the sooner the gap closes between the two chasm's - He is motivational. I so appreciate him! As an actor and more so a human in touch with himself. Cheers Big Jim!

Such a wise man. Life teaches us that we are special, we have a purpose. We all have times of feeling great and also of panicking and thinking where and why. When we find ourselves we are finally free.

I think we speak the same language Jim, thank you so much for this. "There's Nothing to Do But Let Go" After I woke up in hospital recovering from a near death experience, involving brain surgery .. I.fell 12 feet onto concrete from a loft, fracturing my left wrist, 9 ribs, tiny fracture on the top of my spine, and the left side of my skull where my brain was being squashed by the hematoma of blood building within it.. So I was flown by helicopter North to a hospital in Flagstaff ~ and have no memory of that. One thing I said when I woke up? Was: "We are just thought forms happening". It's interesting as a TBI survivor, one thing I woke up with was a great sense of humor and deep compassion for the journey of the human spirit. I came to realize so much more. I was one of the lucky ones. I did not lose motor functions, but I did lose some memory. I woke up SEEING with NEW EYES from the holographic perspective. I said this is how poets come about ~ because they SEE differently, therefore, they WRITE differently. The space in between the place was alive. I was swimming in an Ocean or Field of life full of particles moving about that had purpose and meaning .... I was now dancing with life in a manner I'd never seen before? it was beautiful, joyful, serene, calming, and freeing. It is why I describe that time like this. Some of the books in the library of my mind burned (left side of brain squashed) and I woke up not missing anything. I was soooo AWARE of so much more, operating on a different frequency. They don't teach us that in school ... but they should .. I recommend everyone to take a deep breath and take a walk in the forest among the beautiful trees ...hug them, connect to nature, before they burn it all down ... and get to know thyself. And you met my former husband, British author, David Icke.

Yep, and once you see it (hear it, feel it, smell it, taste it) you can never unsee it….the key is not to try, bc just like the very first time👉it showed up when the student was ready and not a moment sooner👉we can’t force waves that aren’t ours we can only ride or die when they come👉Energy never dies it only transforms👉it’ll be back again someday; maybe to teach us about Faith?!…. 🦋💛

Now just love. In all things you do. Those awakening moments are not a permanent state but the door opening so you can see there is something going on and it's beautiful. Everyday life does just keep getting more and more joy filled if I live on the love side of the page and not the fear side. Peace out.

There are lots of ways to get there. I have had that feeling from transcendental meditation, and from FREE HUGGING, to name 2. Connect to nature and to yourself.
