Elvis at the 02

Elvis at the O2 - 2015 - For all Presley fans who can't get to Graceland, Graceland is coming to them. so reads the publicity material. As ardent lifetime Presley fans, Essie and I couldn't resist this London based exhibition. There were some 300 of Elvis's personal belongings on display, including his own set of Graceland door keys, his Harley Davidson Motor cycle and two of his many cars. Other items included were, a number of the infamous White Jump Suits, Jewellery, Gold Records, Original Sun Studio Acetate recordings, Private family photos, and even the Billiard table he and the Beatles played on when they visited him.
Priscilla Presley gave permission for this exhibition to go ahead, and the exhibition co-ordinator, Nic Wastell, deserves much credit for what turned out to be an amazing, and sometimes emotional experience. Unlike many venues, the organisors actively encouraged photography within the exhibition, although Flash photography was not allowed for several reasons. This was a welcome ruling as constant flashes from cameras and phones, often spoil the whole experience for many.
Video Cameras were an absolute no-no, again fully understandable due to the many audio based features within. Therefore - All photography within this video is by available light only, much of it shot using an ISO of 1800 so grain will be present, I very much hope that doesn't spoil your enjoyment. They, along with all That wonderful Elvis gear, made it a real day to remember. - Yes Ron is a brilliant guitarist AND - I am in full agreement with you regarding this emotion packed, beautifully played piece of music. The famous pink caddy had already gone when we visited, but there was so much else to see: Yes indeed, a superb exhibition, we spent the entire day there. Now this is a real change of direction subject-wise Ken, but a wonderful video of the Elvis exhibition and a wonderful choice of accompanying guitar music.
