Wow you saw him, bet he was absolutely amazing !! I was only around 8 when he passed away, me and me Mam were devastated, we only Elvis fans in our family, my youngest sister likes some of his music. But listening with my mam Elvis just became part of my soul and still is and I'm 51, he will always be in my heart & soul until I shuffle of this mortal coil.

@@MartynStubbsTBS I was only around 8 when he died, me and my mam were devastated, I think everyone was in a state of shock, the newscaster at the time which was either bbc or itv was so choked up he could hardly speak I remember that I probably wasn't watching the news, upstairs in my bedroom and me Mam shouted me down and I thought mam what's wrong and she told me, still got that shiver down my spine, I still can't watch his funeral if it comes on my dvds they go off and some of his songs i fill up with knot in my throat. Bless him, his memory still going strong, he gains new fans every year !!! He was the best singer and actor (in the decent films) saying that he kept going and being professional in the films, even though you can imagine him being unhappy inside..

You get the most interesting interviews. Such nice people who reminisce about Elvis. What a real gentleman. Loved when he met him. It’s nice to hear these stories, since there’s not too many left to tell theses wonderful tidbits. What a sweet man he seems to be. There was one song that many biographers state they felt an autobiographical song( not in the Jungle Room) was Pieces of My Life. This was one of the few songs he’d listen to over & over again, which he rarely did. It’s a revealing song if you listen to it. What a shock to learn he passed that way for him. Bless him. What a nice man. 😀😀

Awesome 👏🏻 back up singer. I just listened to the beginning of songs he has on an album 💿 Now I’ll listen to what he has to say. Thank you 👍 as I recently subbed. I never followed Elvis..only past year started to listen to many people close to him. He was 10years older then myself, but warnings came from many Priests, Preachers and lay people..back in the 60’s. It was his gyration of hips etc. ⚠️ warnings to young people intensified when he began showing up on TV.. I love GOSPEL MUSIC…played accordion 🪗 for years..even leading song services at my church ⛪️. Many anointed songs back in the 60’s to 90’s. Thank God there are some new songs that we know are under the anointing of the Holy Spirit 🎶🙏🎶 📖””””We are in the world 🌎, but scripture says not to be part-Of The World”””” Discernment is needed more today-then ever in the True Believers life. The Gifts of the Spirit are given to one’s who seek the Lord. 📖 1 CORINTHIANS 12 -plus 14:39

The other's he hung around was a bad influence on him and only wanted to party a I don't believe deep down Elvis Presley was like that I believe his passion was Gosple songs not tock a roll that was just to please his fans a make a living I believe Elvis Presley was more into The country Gosple old fashioned way. I believe he was a good Samaritan a loved to help people a make them Happy. I believe he became a singer a movie actor mostly to help a support his parents he got tired of seeing them struggle a do without. Elvis Presley was a good a spiritual humble soul.
