Elvis' Graceland Estate Facing Possible FRAUD and FORGERY to Force Foreclosure?!

🎵This week a BOMBSHELL lawsuit was dropped by Elvis Presley's granddaughter, Danielle Riley Keough. She is claiming an investment company: Naussany Investments FORGED and FALSIFIED documents claiming they had lent Lisa Marie $3.8MILLION and had a legal claim to Graceland. This is absolutely insane and I'm sitting on the edge of my seat to see how this plays out. On this short history in the making episode, we dig up the Roots of Lisa Marie's financial troubles and what could have made this claim by Naussany feasible. It has been settled, Graceland is going nowhere. The judge on Wednesday ordered the planned auction stopped and shortly after that, Greg Naussany sent a document to the judge withdrawing all claims to Graceland so it's over, Graceland will stay in the possession of Riley Keogh who is the sole owner of Graceland.

That’s right! While he withdrew claims, I’m wondering if there will be charges now against him for fraud and forgery, though? I think it could still go to trial for that. The FBI/TBI has reached out to Riley and we could see a criminal probe now.

@@ROOTSMUSICHISTORY They asked Riley's attorney about pursuing criminal charges but he refused to answer. Definitely needs to be looked at.

WHYYYYY would she put up. Graceland as collateral when thats the value of ONE of Elvis' ring, jumpsuit or Cadillac. Lisa OWNS Gracelanda ENTIRE artifacts FREE AND CLEAR. 🙄

It is certainly a very interesting news story, (the notary public, named in the reported documents submitted by the creditor has repudiated and confirmed that she did not notarize any documents and never met Lisa Marie Presley, (this is really an astounding detail) when a company makes a huge loan like this one, the proceeds of that loan are documented, there is always a paper trail, IF a loan was made, then the creditor can prove it, (there are also reports about an email statement allegedly made by Gregory Naussany, in broken english, which appears to withdraw all claims against the Graceland estate. So very strange, no one appeared in court to represent the alleged creditor, (a fax was received by the court asking for the sale to go through) but no contact with any legal representative was made, (this whole thing appears to be a big giant scam) but if it is legitimate and the loan was made and can be proved, you would expect to see an entirely different set of facts to be presented.

EP Enterprises wouldn't allow Graceland to be auctioned off...it's too large of a conglomerate, and Graceland is mearly a small component of it (albeit a major hub of Elvis' legacy). It would be a shame if Lisa Marie's financial woes were true though. Yet, it wouldn't surprise me as she wasn't prone to making the wisest decisions while she was with us.

That's true, without the house, which is a separate entity, most of EPE earnings would go away so you'd think they would just write a check to Naussany and be done with it and maybe that was the scam plan all along.

I agree, especially if Priscilla's saying it's a scam. She's the one who saved the Elvis brand and turned it into the juggernaut it is today (turning it over to her daughter when she became an adult)

So I can just say that someone owes me money on an unpaid loan, without any nactual proof of money transfers, and the courts will approve an auction of property for me? Sounds like the system may be broken.

It has Lisa's signature on it but appears to be forged. The notary who also supposedly witnessed and signed the document said she has never met Lisa Marie and that is not her signature. So the whole thing is suspicious.
