This is amazing I adore this man. He has a pure heart of gold.

The man was flawless when it came to interviews. It never mattered whether or not he was in a bad mood or if something happened just before hand, whenever Elvis did an interview he was always polite, always respectful and always used his manners and was always a gentlemen, the same went with the way he was with his fans, he was a pure natural.
@cathyormandy7563 Жыл бұрын
Elvis was a perfectionist in everything he did and interviews were never a problem.

ELVIS at a very young 21, 1956. He was a natural at interviews, just like everything he did. I doubt he ever realized how much talent he had. He praised GOD and gave GOD all the credit for everything in his life. He always knew GOD was by his side, and when his life was done, GOD would bring him home. AMEN♥️✌🏻✝️♾️. 7-12-22

He was ahead of his time, the first to dance while singing, first to wear pink suit and leather outfit, first to jam on tv in 68 Comeback Special with no guests and first satellite concert in Hawaii, the first superstar even if he didn't perform outside of US.Today's celebrities are wearing bright colored suit like he did 60 years ago.

Elvis sang Can't help falling in love and I think he was predicting every fan's response to him, fans like me who lose my heart every time I see his picture and hear him sing or speak.

Geez, why won't some people believe this is Elvis? It's been authenticated and is on the Follow That Dream 2 CD edition of his first album which was released in 2006. They think the sound is too good? Lol, it's only from the fifties, it wasn't the middle ages, we did have recording equipment then! How do they think records and movies and TV were recorded for decades before? Some people see conspiracies everywhere.......

Don Davis, as he is credited on this interview (and as he was known as an early "Good Guy" on WMCA radio in the early 1960's), went on to be known as Don Baldwin as a reporter, anchor and sports anchor for 1010 WINS in New York between 1964 and c.2001.

Actually I'm an avid fan. I have all his Sun recordings and a number of interviews. Let me have another listen. 'I play the guitar but they don't record it' - Hmm. That's not true is it? And Elvis is more chatty here than any other interview I've ever heard. Offering all that detail. And isn't it so very clear for a '56 recording? Sorry, I'm still not convinced.

Isn't Elvis. He 'slurs' his words too much. And the words used are not the kind Elvis chooses. So it's a good trick, but not quite.
