@@carlomezzatesta4659 Reminds me of the Drive-in. One guy would drive and three of us would sneak in using the car trunk. Sometimes we would get caught when they checked the trunk or take note of the license plate and make of the car and catch four in a car, where only one should be.Great fun regardless.

I was being babysat by a family friend when I was about 6 years old, (about 1969) and we watched Jailhouse Rock on TV. Well I didn't know the name of the movie or the man or anything but on the drive home I told my Mom all about the movie. When we got home and she pulls out an album and puts in on and says something coy like, "is this the movie you are talking about?" like she really wasn't sure. I pulled up a chair and literally watched the record spin while it played. Yes he was only a man, one with demons who could have made some better choices in his life. But OMG how he captured me; his voice, his looks, his moves then later I learned about his generosity of spirit and that he had a great sense of humor. A few entertainers have come close but Elvis truly was and, (to me) will always be The King!

Yes, you are correct, and that dirtbag thief was JOHNNY RIVERS, who stole that song, MEMPHIS TENNESSEE, from Elvis. When Elvis heard it on the radio, he was hurt and blew up, but only said something like, “Well, hell with it. Let him keep it. He probably needs it.” But, he never publicized it and even gave that thief good reserved tables when he came to see him in Las Vegas.

Vive Elvis Presley 💖🕊️🎻💕🎻💕🕊️💋 .🌺Elvis Presley 🌺 for ever 🌺
