What a wonderful reaction. I just love watching you smile along with it and then get shocked and then get off to it and so forth. Lots of fun. There is so much of his stuff that is fascinating it really is. And he always had the best musicians and singers around him he just really did.

ONE of his best performance, more then 50 years ago! Thank you for sharing! Love it! He always had black singers, Whitney Houstan's mother Sissy was one of them! (the one he shocked) 👏👏 🇳🇱

Love all of your reactions but especially when watching Elvis! The part where he walked over to his backup singers and asked one of them “where ya going?”, then he gave her a scare was him being playful during his show. He would do that quite often during his concerts. I was fortunate to see him in concert in 1974 when I was 21. He was playing in Monroe, Louisiana, my home state. My Mom took me, my cousin and also our neighbor whom my Mom was best friends with to the concert. What an awesome event that was! ⚡️TCB ( the ⚡️and TCB were Elvis’ symbols. TCB stands for Taking Care of Business)

Thank you so much for uploading this. Only a little thing happened @ end -- it didn't finish correctly up to when he said thank you. Glad you enjoyed it so much. There is a huge amount of fantastic music & performances that would take 2 worlds worth to get through. I'll give you a few others here if you can look at: "Make The World Go Away" kzbin.info/www/bejne/nZXHcmqDe7J0fac ; 2 songs on 1 video are "The Wonder of You" & "You Don't Have to Say You Love Me" at kzbin.info/www/bejne/j2acqnV4l692bKc ; his "Jailhouse Rock" from the '68 Comeback special at kzbin.info/www/bejne/bmixZ4SXZalqgbs -- a powerhouse performance in black leather suit (just 1:50 min,) & you can compare to the one from his film in 1957 at kzbin.info/www/bejne/g5fVdGuGdranosk (just 3:28 min.) ; the water throwing incident at his 1972 Hampton Roads concert at kzbin.info/www/bejne/gn_XgWh9mZ2Efac (listen to the very, very start of the video Elvis called out “Please Release Me” but the band began playing “I Can’t Stop Loving You” - he didn’t stop them, he just went right into the song; he then walked over to his glass of water, picked it up & playfully threw it at Glen @ piano) -- a powerhouse rich voice & a lot of fun. Thank you again.

Elvis was the very very first TEEN IDOL. He was also the first megastar to blend sex appeal with dancing. To Elvis it was one in the same. And spectacularly none of it was rehearsed. The notes flew through his veins and his body reacted and vibed in real-time. His rythym was real and spontaneous and to top it off his dance movements are directing or reacting to the band behind him. Totally original act that introduced modern dancing to teenagers and young people in their 20s in a brand new way -- to release sexual energy. That was really never done before, circa early mid 1950s. Today we don't even think about it, or know about it ... that it was Elvis Presley to first blend dance moves and sex appeal into a Rock and Roll stage presentation. The facts that this man was also a legendary rhythm guitarist of immense talent in addition to his legendary saught after and emulated baritone/tenor range and depth and sound makes him stand ALONE he was the total package. Michael Jackson and Freddie Mercury and James Brown and Jackie Wilson and many other superstars closely emulated Elvis Presley.
