I was not told until we actually got to his concert and drove into the parking lot of the concert. My sister past away suddenly with no warning at age 47 in 2002. I lost My Mom in 2005 and my other older sister at age 57 of a massive heart attack. She had never had any indication of a heart problem but the doctors believe that her type 2 diabetes most likely contributed to her heart attack. To clarify, Elvis wasn't on coke, whether the pills were affecting him or not is a different story, but Elvis was also an entertainer who loved to make people laugh and could have been hyped up at the time, the world may never know. edit: I do not think Elvis was a golden boy, yes, he was addicted to drugs, but its documented that they were all prescription. He thought it was okay due to that, but it wasn't. Elvis was strongly against illegal drugs. But that doesn't mean he wasn't "doing drugs" per say, it was just all prescription.
