I think the pipe organ is the most beautiful, thrilling, grand and powerful instrument ever devised by human genius. Thanks for letting us hear some of the incredible voices of this stunning instrument.

Lovely finger action; I wish mine were as flexible - I might then have become a better organist than I ended up being!! Very much enjoyed the video. Thanks to you and the youngster who did the filming.

That was a masterful demonstration of this wonderful but seriously underrated instrument. Thank you very much!

Before we go down the route of extreme criticism a word of explanation: these videos were all made for amusement really, this one has caught the public eye. The 'camera man' is a chorister of twelve who very kindly filmed on his phone Cathedral after Cathedral.

I'm so happy and proud to say that Ely is my Diocesan Cathedral, I have had the privilege to play the Cathedral Organ, simply a wonderful instrument, in fact probably the best of many organs I've played.

Wonderful! Although I think the Unda Maris didn't come across at all - no undulation detectable

I am a Church Chorister who sang there on 3 separate occasions with 2 Anglican choirs and 1 Catholic choir. I remember a certain preset named the "Foggy Buster". It was named this because of its gravitas which caused the older congregation members to be blasted from their pews. Is this preset still on the organ? Nice demonstration by the way. It brings back many good memories!🎶

Excellent with an exception: camera man should be prosecuted.-
@shermansmart43697 жыл бұрын
stylusfantasticus I don't know if anybody would prosecute the 12 yr. old choir boy who did the camera work. If you had taken the time to read the commentary you would have known that.

Tat cameraman is too anxious to see too much in a short period; and like dragging one around by their nose, bummer!! he should have to watch it him-herself over and over.
