It is said that after endovascular procedure during the icu stay in abg monitoring the pCO2 levels should be kept between 32 - 35 as raised pCO2 leads to cerebral venodilatation and decreased pCO2 leads to cerebral venocostriction. How important is to monitor pCO2 in post endovascular procedures?
