This puts to bed any suggestion floated about by the sceptics you'll be any less capable on an electric bike. This was a super-tough event and Gael and the EM weren't phased by the severity of any of the sections. There is an argument bandied about that electric bikes don't grip well... but finding grip was the big issue at this event, and he certainly didn't have any issues judging by his convincing win in the Trial 2 class (on 95 marks lost, 21 marks clear of the second rider in class). Another poster has said of the EM in action 'So bloody boring''. Why so? I thought quite the opposite.

Thanks for the nice comments Nigel. It was an awesome performance by Gael on his EM, and as you say a true testimony to the bike’s capabilities in very slippery conditions. 🙌🏻 We always welcome anyone to have a test ride and then they can feel it for themselves and make informed opinion.
