A comparison of Elemental Mastery and Attack stat Sands of Eon on Tighnari while using his best in slot, the Hunter's Path. Artifacts used in the showcase were randomly selected just to balance out the Crit DMG stat of the character.

I need to bookmark this for the people still arguing to stack attack on him. Yeah attack is best for his personal damage, but he isn't Ganyu and is meant to be run in swap reaction teams and dendro reactions scale on EM with also scales on character level. It's very similar to Anemo in that regard.

Yea, but his personal em doesn't affect the team. Say you run a spread aggravate team with tighnari, fischl an anemo unit and a buffer, tighnari em cannot be transferred to the other characters, meaning he doesn't influence their reactions. In a bloom team (which there's not really a point to tighnari bloom) his em only affects the dendro core if he creates them and if they explode on their own. Otherwise he doesn't influence the team em or reactions. So unless I misunderstood what you were trying to say, going for personal dmg on tighnari is always the best, since stacking em does not increase team dmg, It only increases his own dmg.

@@deztacular The part where you mentioned him not influencing the team damage is confusing. If we go on the Fischl-Tighnari duo, your point almost sounds as if we would be using him as a support for Fischl. We don’t use them together to make Fischl stronger, we use them to make Tighnari stronger. He doesn’t have to influence the team damage, they have to influence his. He is a bit of a hyper-carry Tighnari’s multipliers are so horrifically low that going for personal damage instead of spread is depriving him of the general damage he needs to be viable. That works with characters like Lisa or Raiden where the game doesn’t punish you for building them that way, but Tighnari on the other hand will probably only be hitting 3 or 4 digit numbers like that, and barely breaking 10-20k without a whale build

It depends on which weapon ur using crit sub stat weapon then go for em sand and if you're using em sub stat weapon then atk sand easy

i hate the fact that you can't use electro against fungi that supposed to drop material for him. tighnari and electro is the best combination. it can deal even higher damage but unfortunately if you use it on fungi they will drop a different material. i do like this kind of concept but it's annoying.

I have a 300 em tighnari and i use atk sands because my rng isn't great so i can farm fungu with raw dendro but it's still slow nonetheless. But i do like the ones that are near water so you can have free bloom lolol

@@brajanlazaj1133 it's raw dendro if it's with electro it's 30k-50k. Depends on team comps (i sometime run layla instead of kuki if i need shielding so there's less electro). And i did test it out and the atk sands is better but i think it's because it has a little less cdmg but still, raw dendro normally isn't good as it's a transformative reaction

The only em bow i think is stringless so that would be pointless as amos would obviously be better bc it boosts charged atks instead of element bursts and skills

I got lucky and got to what I call the sweet spot. High crit rate and dmg, em, and decent attack. Just got lucky on the He mows everyone down with Fishel and baraba as a healer with bloom support and klee for more element damage. I also find quqing is really a good pair if you don't have klee. If neither, then an ice support or fire dps. I haven't tried diluc yet, as I just got him. But I find Pyro, electro, hydro, and denro are a devastating team with him in it. I upgraded his talents, and oh boy. It's magic.

I'm running Atk/Dendro/EM. Pretty good with reaction. 20K charge attack and 5K +4 additional dmg. I do want to change to EM middle piece but the problem is it's hard to get a good artifact 😐

Ig I’ll keep my atk sands then because the substats are better. I only just got my first em glided dreams sands after farming this domain forever, but it doesn’t seem super worth it if his crit dmg is nerfed

Not sure if this helps with any insight to his kit/team but rn im running traveler with deepwood, raiden, a flex unit and tignari with 4pc WT, thundering pulse and like a total of 200EM(more within travelers burst and resonance). Im hitting around 27k per wreath and 5-21k per cluster. burst hitting for 6-19k a seed then 8k-21k per cluster. 225 CD/45 CR - 1945 ATK. no food buffs. Stringless had somewhat comparable stats. just slightly lower dmg.

Both are usefull different way if you want high raw damage go on attack if you want reactions go for em thats it Tighnari can deal 15-20k raw damage(with Bennett's buff) and 30-50k using reactions but its not consistent, if your skill is done the reactions is useless while using attack you can use him without any reaction types you just need bennett for buffer and increase his damage

if using hunter's path EM is always better, But the same can't be said in other situations, the difference is small almost not even worth it

Either of the 3 will work well in my opinion: Windblume Ode, Stringless, and King's Squire. Mainly because all of them provides EM and works well with Dendro :)

I hate bow characters I even skipped ganyu even though she is like the best DPS, but I pulled for tighnari he is fun and his character design in top notch, if u like him pull him after he is on standard banner there is 1/16 chances to get tighnari so don't regret

@stanislav for yoimiya zhongli is 100x better and more universal. Also tighnari will be added to standard banner later so u can still get him after he goes away someday

Zhongli is the "god of defense". Thus his value is through the roof. If I start a new account today, the first character I'd want to get is Zhongli, and then it's Ganyu. Everyone else can wait. But now we have a problem... lol. Tighnari is going to the standard banner. That means, once he's there, there'd be no feature, no pity, no nothing. You won't be able to target him for pulling. You can only get him through pure luck. So unless you're a mega whale, you should perhaps pull Tighnari now if you want him. Zhongli would have future reruns, but not Tighnari. Tighnari gives you something that Yoimiya doesn't: mobility. Yoimiya's biggest problem is when she's NAing, she can't move, and if she moves to evade, her attack string is reset, lowering her dps. Tighnari plays CA, so he can move when CAing. And his E is a good CC, which Yoimiya doesn't have. Overall, I'd say Tighnari is a better bow dps character than Yoimiya (and you should switch over.. lel).

Basically any 5 star bow with crit stats: 1 Hunter's Path 2 Polar/Aqua 3 Thundering/SkyHarp If no 5star bow then use R5 Slingshot, it beats most of the 4star with spread reaction. For 4star depends on what you need: Viridescent/Blackcliff for Crit Stringless/Windblume for EM

I am just wondering. Isnt it better to just run him with 1000 EM to get the max out of his passive and let the spread/Quicken reaction deal the damage? Both the reactions cant crit so I see no reason to build any crit at all for reaction damage. There is still no video out there showcasing 1000 EM + Electro reaction.

i've been testing tighnari with two builds (both using hisgreen artifact set): 2410 ATK 56%cr, 140%dmg AMOS BOW,50 EM 1830 ATK 60%cr, 130% dng AMOS BOW, 336 EM The 50EM did 20% more dmg from all sources. (Solo dmg) And to try helping tighnari to do better with EM, i even used albedo's ult to give 125EM, and it just boosted 100 dmf for each wrath arrow. i think 0 em with only ATK% and CRIT DMG% focus is much better than his original build.

Because dendro revolves around electro reactions and em. His 2nd passive states that in every EM stat he has, it will increase his charged attack and brust's dmg by 0.06% and capped on a maximum of 60% additional dmg His passive + combined with a quicken reaction (Dendro + Electro) will surely buff up his dmg

With a quicken team he does alot more damage. My tighnari has around 350 em and i run him with lisa who has 558 em. My Tighnari does 22-24k w his fully charged shots. This is with hunters path. Before i used skyward harp tho because i got hunter’s path later off pity. With skyward harp he did around 19-21k per charged shot and lisa

R5 Windblume Ode is the best F2P 4* weapon for Tighnari I think. It's surprisingly good on him.
