you could run this today and midi sync it up to or from your audio recorder/ DAW. would be interesting to witness which ones midi timing was spot on. always trusted the midi timing despite it coming from an 8mhz processor / 4mb ram machine. Logic Atari took up 2 of those 4mb just to load up😳 but tbh i only once ran out of memory midi events. i programmed in the midi environment my own complete Yamaha Pro Mix 01 midi control interface as a college project. every midi controllable parameter plus channel strip selection was covered! wow i was so chuffed with that project.

When I was a a child I used this application on Atari 1040 STF computer with Roland D-20 synth. I liked it. :-)

+Eckert András Graet! My first Synth was a D-20 too. I recordet so many songs with the D-20 sequencer. After 1 Year with this great synth, i´ve bought the Atari ST Computer with Creator. What an great time!

Wow, does this bring back some memories. I had C-Labs/Atari STE which had the first midi port....wow. I'm still using Logic 5 Platinum and happy with it. Will work in windows 7, but for some reason could not get it to record above 16bit, altho other programs like Audacity can. But Windows xp still working well and 24bit quality no problem in this old OS. Still glad I never switched to apple/mac to do logic..........what a rip off.

When did the first version of Logic come out? Also, is there a cracked version lying about? Wanting to see how old school DAWs were for a history project

This design actually looks better than the awkward overloaded design of Logic in 2018.
