I think the main reason there is no Chaos Daemon faction is that it would be hard to create a "city" for them. Most Daemonic incursions do not set up bases, they pop out of a warp rift, wreck havoc and disappear

9:37 A Chaos Daemons DLC would be great. I mean, they have more than enough units between all four Chaos gods to fill all the tiers, from Furies or Nurglings as fodder to Lords of Change or Bloodthirsters in tiers 9 or 10

There aren't enough flame units to fight daemons. You don't have uograde options to equip units with flamers. Fighting off daemons with the weapons the basic troops have would be painful to say the least

American enters the chat. Dude, you talked about Sororitas and I was like "that's Texas" 😂. Chimeras are fun btw. You can move your troops into them, the Chimera gets its own move, so they're great battle taxis. And units can heal inside while boosting the Chimera's firepower. AND they have a big gun! With armor. Seriously, get 'em.
