Here's a little story for y'all. back when I (Jordan Blake) was the singer of A Skylit Drive alllllll the way back to 2007 we were on our first tour , we were so young that our label owner (tommy @ tragic hero records) had to tour with us so that our parents would let us take on the 45 day tour . Prior to the tour the most consecutive shows we played in a row was 3! I to this day can remember the extream amount of presssure i was under on the day we met up with emarosa in Kentucky ! we had known before we left for the tour that emarosa would be on some of the dates and i was nervous as hell cause i personally thought that chris was such a great singer/screamer. he ended up being a great guy and a good friend for the remainder of the tour! I haven't talked to him in years but if i could i would congratulate him on his success with his current band like moths to flames ! anyways that was a history lesson with your teach and friend -Jordan Blaake

Emarosa (2007), Agraceful (2008), then LMTF (2010). This EP is still my favorite work Chris has done. People call this generic now, but this goes back to 2007, back when the whole synth thing wasnt nearly as common as it is now.

Emarosa went pop. The songs they make are good but more fit for a Forever 21. All good it happens to a lot of bands. Tbh I’d rather listen to current Emarosa than a lot of current radio pop. I like the lure behind Emarosa history

It's kind of crazy how these guys progressed. However, I can see exactly how. This band has the potential to be a lot of different stuff. I like this and the stuff with Jonny Craig. The musicians are pretty damn talented and are able to genre blend like no other. I honestly hope I hear new music from them in the future.

This sound isn't generic. The synth thing isn't common anymore which makes this really good as well. Nowadays, most bands are copying the whole chuga-chuga nu metal-ish sound, which is sad. Not all though.
