When it comes to getting entry level pro audio power amplifiers the good ones are Emb Pro, Gem Sound, Gemini, Rockville, Pyle Pro, Musysic and Behringer but watch out for brands like Skytech and Technical Pro because those don’t put out anywhere close to 100 watts rms.

Judging by the small transformer and the fact there is only 1 pair of output transistors per channel, i would expect no more than 100W per channel RMS

When you had that Jbl subwoofer hooked up to that power amplifier Was that Jbl subwoofer able to still shake your entire house and make everything in your house rattle as well as piss off neighbors.

this amp doesnt look that bad from the inside i seen worse the Gem Sound PRO-1000 claiming to be 500w x2 the internal is almost an empty shell the board is about 2"x3" and a 3" transformer lmaol

Yup, 2200W is peak, which is pretty meaningless. No RMS specs?

I won't believe those wattage ratings for a second, there is no way you could get this out of a 15 Amp breaker, or even a 25 Amp breaker, the math just doesn't add up, though it doesn't seem to bad, id never trust it for mission critical stuff, really, qsc, crown, lab groupen, camco, older crest stuff and even peavey are pretty much the only way to go in a professional situation. Meh, these amps aren't bad in a pinch I'd. Suppose, the build quality isn't bad for the money either, though the capacitors are pretty horrible quality from the looks of it, if id ever be using it for anything, i certainly would be putting better caps in there, like nichicons or Panasonics, I'd Certainly Use these over any Behringer amplifier, least the transformer looks decent. Next time you crack it open, tell us what its using in the pre stage and power Stage, I wonder what transistors are in there, I'd say judging by the hestsink and number of devices, its probably only going to do 150 to 250 per channel not bad for the money, nice video.

Thanks, but I scraped that amp long ago. I got something better( Dayton Audio HTA100BT). The amp wasn’t bad, it actually had decent sound quality, but kinda flimsy construction. It held up to my abuse, I had no trouble from it.
