The inner monologue on insanity mode is frustrating for sure. Ive recently been medicated and it's actually created almost silence. And it's scary on this side too. Ive started listening to house and dnb just to feel calm as the chaos is missing I also feel so slow. Never thought the loud mind would be something to miss. If any of you ever get medicated, be prepared. It's a mad adjustment

I'll be 43 in March and I've had ADHD all my life. These days it's too much a pill for everything. When I was a kid, we didn't have that issue. We had to learn to adapt. Teachers spent time with students, and parents paid attention to their kids. My grandpa taught me how to play chess and train my brain to focus on the task at hand. The internal monologue is facts, and I struggle with it daily. But instead of my parents having a doctor give me a pill for whatever, they took measures to help me learn to adapt and/or control my obstacles. We need more of the old-school methods in my opinion. It's been a lovely experience to see the growth and personal improvement you guys have made. I just wish you would show Ellis and Rem more during the show. They're a big part of it for a lot of us. But I love the content, love the channel, and I'm excited to see what you have in store. Love from the US

13:51 I don’t know if this weird but everything Fuhad said about the brain and how he forgets things but remembers certain things and music gives him peace is exactly how I feel I have undiagnosed ADHD and in Nigeria nobody really believe people when they say they have mental illness that stresses them imagine walking on the road and have brain fog and it’s been very hard for me to explain how I feel and the trouble I’m facing Thanks to Fuhad I know how to explain and express my situation to everybody but the issue is will they understand me well enough to help me.
