As an American, I believe If H and M refused to sing the British National Anthem, then they absolutely are traitors. Harry fought in a war (even though he mainly stayed in the bunker) and many have died for freedom for the anthem and flag. If they cannot sing the anthem and God Save the King, this is the last resort to keep their titles. I'm not sure you can get worse than that. The King is most definitely not weak. The Royal Family have their own approach to dealing with familial problems that affect the constitution. Heaven knows, they’ve had enough experience. They play the long game and are most certainly not in the slightest reactive. Every move and counter move is carefully considered. There will be so much being discussed and put in place that the public and press will have no knowledge of. That’s how the Monarchy and the courtiers work. Always have.

I think the anthem was played out of respect. The Nigerians are on the world stage totally put on the spot. They were stuck hosting, and paying for, the King of England's bizarre son and wife as they pretend they're something special. I’ve worked with the IRS for 17 years as an Income Tax Practitioner and accountant…trust me when I say…before the IRS or the AG, closes, place an account in a dormant state, assess penalties & interest,a client automatically receives THREE NOTICES FROM THE IRS!!! EACH balance in the three notices changes because of the penalty and interest that accrues…. when a client receives the LAST letter which is a DEMAND LETTER THAT IS DELIVERED and requires a signature from the recipient, the is aware after receiving the signed signature form, that their letter was received. They signed it and ignored it! So the IRS and the AG SHUT IT DOWN Immediately contacted the bank and FROZE that account! This is a very serious situation…the IRS is NOT the entity to snub your nose at they have means and a plethora of legal measure to make your life a living hell!

I saw an attorney on another, reputable site, stating that they would probably not get any major sanctions, they would simply need to pay their fees and do paperwork and carry on as usual.
