A few HUGE corrections: Meghan & Harry (fascinating order in mentioning them these days) were NOT invited by the Nigerian government - they were invited by the military Chief of Defence, with two government officials having taken great pains to point out they're not there in any kind of official capacity, but that it is purely a PRIVATE visit. What possessed the Chief of Defence to invite them for a 3-day visit at the expense of the Nigerian people's pockets defies explanation, because no mention of the Invictus Games ever grabbed the headlines. Another one - Harry & Meghan are, not just in my opinion, no longer "multi-millionaires"; with income drying up after various failed undertakings (for which one assumes they'd been paid advances but never the full amount) and no new offers coming their way, with the latest 'project in the pipeline' being ridiculed for being 'scam jam'... and their expenses since at least January 2020 draining Harry's inherited fortune as well as their ill-gotten gains, there's probably a reason why their 'Foundation' was declared delinquent after a $200 fee had not been paid (and do we believe any claims of 'the cheque must have been lost in the mail'? They're skating on thin ice, both financially (hence the hunt for freebies) and reputation-wise. Can't wait for that ice to break.

Don't keep asking the King to do what he has no power to do! There is a Private Member's Bill, which has had its 1st reading of 3 in Parliament, but it seems to have stalled. If it gets through the readings in the Commons, it goes through Report stage, Committee stage and then up to the House of Lords for the same processes again. If passed without amendments then it goes back to the Commons. Once agreed, then it goes for Royal Assent. We are in an election year, and allegedly the PM is against it, so the chances of success are slim.
