Of course not! The lengths of embedded rebar used for the connection are not enough. They can be ripped off out of the concrete.

@@mason.bazargan if the length of anchors make longer outside the other side of the beam and attach the same plate is it gonna help ? And is this welding on the plate enough for attaching the beam with screws? I mean these additional middle L plates between beams . Will this welding hold the load ???
