Embedding Videos in ServiceNow Knowledge Articles

great help! Can you show how to embed a pdf - so users can flip through the pdf in the article body, rather than download the pdf? We've tried doing this with a code, but when we submit or update ServiceNow removes the line of code that include src: and the url. Thanks!

I keep getting the error "Failed to upload video: Unsupported file type." It is however an mp4 as in your example. Any advice perhaps? EDIT: I ended up just embedding from the SharePoint
