I've been a long time fan of Electus, and have been around since the humble mainstream beginnings of Chillstep back in 2012/2013. Chillstep was my choice of drug, back when people I loved died around me, and back when I had trouble getting by from one day to the next. I used to listen to "Where'd you go?" in memory of those I had to bury. Now, by God's Grace, years on, having finally gotten my dream job, new friends and a warm life, looking back on times and listening to Electus' old music... I can't help but be moved to tears in bitter sweet memory. I've never liked the original song, or Ember Island's version too much. I'm taken aback by how someone could turn something underwhelming (in my opinion) into something so moving, gentle, lovely and soothing. Keep going, man. Your music has touched so many lives, and I doubt you'd understand how much it has touched mine.

I didn't like the original because I hate who sang it.....but this was beautiful!
