Even with a bigger home this nursery would be just the perfect size and right amount of stuff. It's more soothing that way, I personally love it.

I personally love your nursery. Simple designs I feel are less stressful and promote better sleep and babies do sleep so much it just helps to keep it all simple!

Like the minimalist....They do see in color! Black White and Red is good for contrast. It helps babies to focus. Check to see if the plants are toxic. Right, rubbertree. Please childproof the outlets use the plug in night lights from IKEA. So cool your room has the laundry in ir! Lucky you. 👍👶🙂

after buying the same crib and dresser youtube suggested/recommend your video and I immediately clicked on it. I also decided to keep it minimal and simple. I want it to be an open space for my future baby. really love your baby room!!

I have that same Peter Rabbit set of books that were my daughter's. I am sure mine are the older version because she is 38 this year and this book set has gone through both of her daughters! My daughter is a nurse now, and her oldest daughter is in college, and she is also a party princess for little girls on the weekends (not during the Covid virus though). I have these here so they stay safe for the next generation. I kept them displayed for my daughter in her room too! I hope you are feeling good.

Obsessed. I just found the Sniglar and then was looking at dressers and fell in love with the same one you used with the pull tabs. So happy to see I’m not the only one eyeing this combo!

Don't know if someone already said this, but different brand and even style clothes fit differently so I'd put a couple sizes in the drawer. SLeepers and jammies usually run a little tighter so they usually go up a size in those before regular outfits. I made this mistake the first time and our first had outgrown clothes that I hadn't even put out yet because the sizes are so very slightly different.
@AshleyEmbers4 жыл бұрын
Totally! I keep the next size up clothes in a drawer so I can continuously check to see if things fit!

I'm nesting, baby due in Feb. I definitely did the same with newborn and 0-3 in the drawer to begin with.. just cause who knows how fast baby will grow. I don't think hey stay "Newborn" size for long.

I mean, we don’t have much of a choice because we only have two bedrooms in our home. Safety wise, it’s high enough that I’m not worried about Rook getting into it. If I really wanted to, I could put a picture frame over it to look nicer.

I love your nursery! I’d like to do something similar with my nursery! I had been looking at that same dresser from ikea, and if I remember the depth of it is only about 15 1/4 inches, or something like that? I was worried that might be too narrow to use for a changing area. But it seems like it worked out okay fo you?

If the baby is “an escape artist” he wants out and to move- why so many moms force the swaddle thing on their babies. It he loves it, ok, but dont buy all kinds of swaddles just to keep the arms and legs from moving.

Nice room however not a minimalist with a Diaper Genie Diaper Genie is something you definitely do not need and it waste a lot of time and energy and money when you can just put it in a plastic recycled bag from the supermarket and toss it in your regular trash can in a real minimalist would use cloth diapers it's definitely a perfect setup but the title minimalist does not fit
