Is there a way to make the carving a darker color?
@OMLembroidery6 жыл бұрын
if you are using carving, it is simply making a "dent" into the stitching - like a stop - so that it shows up when stitched out. Normally it is the same color and just a variation of the fill stitch. It has a great effect when used properly :)

I have asked this before but cannot find the answer: how do I superimpose a design from Editor to an imported outline image? Is it possible?

Hi Sue, I'm using Embird 2018 and when I try to convert the SVG file to any format (HUS, XXX) I get a "Conversion aborted or failed!" message, any idea what would cause this?
@OMLembroidery6 жыл бұрын
are you using the magic wand? It won't just convert an SVG to a file, it may take a bit of work. Also, if at all possible, you should try to digitize it yourself - the results will be better.

I digitized it my self, Now I need to export it to a format my Singer can read, ie HUS, XXX, Im not using magic wand
@sandalphon58026 жыл бұрын
I just installed Embird on another computer and I am getting the same result, In the Editor I digitized the image and then exported it the only options is .svg and .etb I can not save it as they are grayed out (is that because its a 30 day trial) if I reopen the .svg there's no stitching and that probably why it will not export as xxx
