Embodiment of Scarlet Devil Spellcard 64 - Q.E.D. "Ripples of 495 Years"

It is unfortunate that the ripple died off gradually, beginning with Tonpetti getting older, the Zeppeli family dying off, the Joestars never bothering to teach their children about it, and Joseph not practicing- wait, that's not Touhou!
It's an old replay where I decided to try my luck at it and got out with a capture. To date, that's the only capture I have for this spellcard. I don't know of any potential secrets to capture it, honestly.

How difficult was this compared to other last words?

It doesn't seem extremely difficult, however, you have to last the entirety of the battle against Flandre in order to get a chance at it. I captured it before I did the IN Last Words, so it should be easier than them?
