I think sometimes that we try and pin God down - try and find out the thing that God wants for all of us. But that has not been my experience at all. It feels to me like God looks at each person, and is looking for ways they can be doing well - happy, loving, and kind. If a person is gay and has integrated their gayness in a way that is harming them, I can see God prompting that person to change. I can see the same God suggest to a person being hurt by trying to appear straight to find a gay relationship that would help them. I really do believe that a thousand years from now, people will be confused at why we tried to force God, and all the people around us, into one single way of being - without even bothering about might be best for each person. Preston - I think you help the people you touch - and even though we are different, I am glad you are saying the things you are. I know you make a positive difference

When you embody Jesus you're no longer gay.No one gets a pass living in any sin.. not even gays.. What part of homosexuality they don't get as being a sin? Some people pick and choose from the bible how and how not to live..If it don't line up with their lifestyle they twist the Word to cater to their lifestyle.. Oh and all Baptist Church don't play that gay mess.. But teach the Word..

The power of His Holy Spirit, when He comes to live, to dwell in your body, that body then becomes a temple of His Holy Spirit. Your identity changes…what you once identified as is no more, once The Holy Spirit is in-dwelt. Does not the Apostle Paul not state that we become “controlled by His Spirit”, meaning no longer controlled by our own selfish desires.

Once you identify as a Christian…ALL other earthly identities are GONE. scripture speaks of dying to self, taking up your cross means it’s a sacrifice when you die to selfish desires. Give those up and live for Jesus…there’s no more need to be said here.

I'm confused is Kaleidoscope a type A or B in their approach to LGBTQ. Elizabeth Black and her crew use pronouns (which would be strange for someone of a more traditional leaning on the subject)
