Embodying the nondual understanding on all levels of our being, particularly in the (subtle) body, on the level of feelings, is crucial for a happy expression of consciousness in daily life, in the human form.
It helps us to meet the world with less reactivity, to see all beings not separate from us and to express the nondual understanding in a happy and peaceful life, in friendship, truth and love.
