FRAN, Fantastic, I received a card from one of my craft group over 20 years ago, when I was doing a lot of stamping and the Embossing was an on and off thing. IT WAS STILL ON THE NEW SIDE. I thought it was the most beautiful card I had ever seen, she did it in a rustic color, WITH A GLITTER EDGE.. Your card is beautiful, and thanks to you I have some found memories of sending these cards. Everyone wanted to know how to do it. Thank you again, I am going to start making these again as I have umpteen folders so now I can say u brought this idea back. Bless you for the memories been doing cards since I was 20 and now I am just over 70.

Years ago Carol Duvall compressed toilet paper onto a deep etched rubber stamp with the back of a spoon, spritzed water on it, and when it was dry, it retained the shape of whatever the stamp was. It works great with words. This is a good idea, too👍🏻 Oh yeah...it was the late 90’s when her tv show was on and she wasn’t hoarding either. Some people....

Cool idea! I'm thinking, tissues or paper towels may be used, too? Also, wouldn't it be fun to put a few drops of food coloring in the water before spritzing? I was wondering...would these layers eventually separate? Or maybe, since it's been misted with water, and tightly embossed, it's ok? Thanks for the fun! 😍 Suzy

drop of ink would work great

I would like to see embossing techniques one can do without an expensive machine which I cannot afford. Why not contact the person you mentioned regarding the pronunciation of her name and location?
@FranceMartinFrenchie4 жыл бұрын
Maybe you don't know but my accent is not something I can switch on and off so the pronunciation would be difficult so may STAMP SET i don't even pronounce correct so image people name :)
