Love this idea. So cool. I think your trouble with cutting the fabric is because the fabric needs to be on top. I enjoy watching charlotte Peterson and Terra’s take. Thank you for the inspiration.

@BRebornArtHealing the times you had trouble the fabric was facing down on the trimmer. It didn't seem to have a problem when you had the paper side touching the trimmer. Sorry if my first comment was unclear.

Oh my, I am loving the embossed fabric. I've ironed fabric paper onto freezer paper (the kind with one shiny waxy side) and put that through my printer as well. I have to start repeating my JJ KZbinrs -- Alexandra M and Gi Kerr. Thanks for this wonderful fabric tag idea! xxx

I lost my mother last October so I know how your feeling but my art became my therapy as I could express my emotions etc through it plus prayer and meditation with God. Lovely work and over time it does get easier 😊❤

I just love your work! ❤ My heart goes out to you - I lost my mother right before I starting making journals and it has helped tremendously. 3 of my elder cats passed recently in a 2 year period so I know how difficult it is to find yourself again. Ooooolala, Cara-Renee 💕💕 I have embossed fabric before but have never printed my own fabric.... Game changer❣ Thanks for sharing even in this difficult time... Grief is definitely peaks and valleys 😔 At my Mom's memorial service the pastor talked about walking through the valley of the shadow of death and he made the point that for there to be a shadow there has to be light... We know who that Light is 🙏💕 Hugs and Blessings, Cara-Renee~~~ And along the theme of light/dark.. opposites.... I love to watch Ceri Griffiths.... he appeals to my ocd/orderliness and ARTYMaze... appeals to me wishing I could be freer in my creativity 😘

I love this idea of printing directly onto fabric. I purchased some full size sticker sheets so I could print stickers to cut out. Now I have something else I can use them for. I had seen someone else do this and had forgotten about it. Love how the embossing turned out on them as well. My two that I watch are Angela Thoma - Dogwood Paper Arts and Pam at The Paper Outpost.

I was trying to tell you it was folded wrong, but you couldn't hear me. The printing on the fabric is something I would never have thought to do. The images are awesome. Sorry for your loss. Prayers for you and your family. It is ok to feel all the feelings and it is cool you keep doing the videos although it. I am not sure I would be able to keep doing that in addition to everything else. Love finding new ideas and creators. You are fast becoming a favorite of mine as well as Shabbydabbydoda. Can't wait to see the finished travel journal.

I have vinyl sticker pages. Could you give us some tips on what kind of fabric you used and then you just stuck it on there? I'm dying to try this!!! Your work is always exceptional. My mom and I craft together all the time and I know how truly blessed I am to have her and have this time with her to enjoy crafting. We both have been learning so much from you and we thank you for that!!!

I used a thin cotton and a thin muslin fabric. I just peeled back the backing of the sticker paper and used my bone folder to press it all out. Ran it through the printer. Easy peasey 🙂

BTW, I just discovered some new (to me) channels. Scrimpingmommy and Sherls’ Crafts. I also follow some slow stitch channels and WW KZbin channels. Yikes, that sounds excessive but I rarely watch the television. Still praying for peace and healing in your life❤️

They are standard sticker sheets. You peel back the backing abd place your fabric on it. Smooth it out and run through the printer. It worked like a charm 🙂
