Hi Sharon watching replay. My husband Dave fell and broke his right hip Monday afternoon and had surgery Oct1. Inpatient rehab is being set up So glad so are doing this class bc I have trouble trying to remember what plates to use,,,thank you❤️

Only in the embossed areas that are embossed by the second folder. Some work better than others. Play around with the ones you have
