I had already ordered a bunch of stuff from this release but now I need the leaf embossing folder. Your coloring of this is simply amazing. Also, I just learned this week that the sentiment strips can be foiled which was a Eureka moment for me. I did not know that and I absolutely love the look.

I love embossing folders as well. I use my cuddle bug sticky for embossing folders does a great job! My everyday is Platinum 6 and Anna Griffin Empress machine. I love all the cards you create! Ty for the inspiration!!

I still have my Cuddlebug and the plates are still flat. My son gave me a Gemini Jr in June. I love it but I'm on my 6th plate. 2 of them literally broke in half. Love your videos.

I had a Cuttlebug too before they discontinued it and I couldn’t get supplies. You are RIGHT that it was a great machine and the plates lasted forever! I wish they would bring that back! I do a lot of card making because I donate a lot and only changed out the plates about every 12 - 18 months. I have an electric Anna Griffin Empress machine now and the plates haven’t been available for months. The plates only last a few months too. Really makes the cost per card go up.

Me too. I still have my original Cuttlebug, which is reliable all to pieces. I became convinced I needed the Gemini Jr but I've doubled the original cost with all new plates and parts. I also had one just plain ole break on its second use. I also have one of those little desk top tiny die cutters. Mine is the Tim Holtz one but I'm sure the others are probably good as well but prettier. The small one is handy and often all I need after cutting out the tag shapes. Tags are my fave things to do. : )

But I am having a bit of trouble understanding the foiling method especially this one that you used I believe is the Minc, not sure of how it works, can you just die cut from any paper and then just put into the machine to foil? or is there something that you need to add to the paper before foiling it? If at all possible can you have a tutorial on this? Thank you

I will do a more in-depth video for the heat foiling. You have to use a toner printed paper for the foiling to work.

These cards are amazing! Such great techniques & beautiful colors for each folder. Nicole, how do you keep ink from getting on your long-sleeved cream & light colored shirts? No matter how careful, I always find ink in the oddest places!
