Loving my M1 Ultra! There's SO much it can do and it's SO much easier than Cricut. The software is better as well but similar enough to Design Space that it was easy to get in and start playing. Even though I love my Cricut, Print then Cut is SO much easier with the M1 Ultra! And I'm saying this as someone who doesn't have the M1printer head, rotary blade, and foil tips yet because mine didn't ship with the M1 "advanced bundle" because they are out of stock, due to ship 1st week of August, so keep that in mind if ordering one. It's a game changer not having to deal with the registration box or limiting your image to the 7x10 or whatever size the Cricut allows for PTC! Positioning the printed image for cutting is as easy as taking a picture with your cell phone and moving the image to match your mat on your PC screen!! I am a card maker and I often don't have or don't buy the dies that go with stamps due to cost, so I used to stamp them, scan them into my computer, then load them into Design Space and with LOTS of fiddling (similar to what you can do on the Brother Scan & Cut), get it to cut out a blank of the stamp that I could then stamp before adding to my project. It was often a LOT of work. With this, it's SO much easier!! I'm in LOVE with my M1 Ultra and I don't even have the print head and foil tips yet...I can't WAIT until they get here!

Thank you for your comment!! I never thought about the use for card makers! I'm a beginner card maker and can see how this would be so beneficial!

Can I engrave a 20 or 40 oz tumbler on this machine?

it can. I actually did my first tumbler engrave the other day, but the process was long and hard. I'm sure there's an easier way to do it, so I'm working on trying to figure that out.

Hi Ashlee, when taking a picture to send to my computer, I'm making sure the 4 dots are in the picture, but when it sends to computer, it cuts off some of my work area. Do you know how I can fix this? Thank you!

Have you calibrated your camera? That may be the issue. If not, please contact xtool because I've not seen that issue with my machine.

How do you do this on the S1?

If your S1 doesn’t have the bullseye stickers, email xtool. They can mail you some stickers and you can add them and do exactly what I did.

Can this machine be used completely from the app or do you need a computer? I'm currently using a Laser Pecker 1 pro which only needs an app. I'd like to upgrade but i don't have a computer and if i can get away with not needing one, that would be great.

I do love that you can use just the app. I’ve been playing around with it (I’m not an app user by choice) and I actually think it’s really easy to use.

This is a bit off topic, but I was wondering if you have ever thought about purchasing the Cricut Venture to cut down on the cutting time and use of so many mats at a time?

I have the siser Romeo - way better machine than the venture

@ashleefalco OK, thank you so much for responding.💝 I will definitely be watching your videos on the Siser Romeo because I will be purchasing one soon with a wide format printer. I do have the Cricut Venture, but it sucks that you can't cut matless without using their brand products. I subscribed to your channel.
