I've been an FSE of all sorts since 1999 after leaving the navy. It's cool you're doing this to show everyone what this field is like. I feel like not many people know this type of work exists, and how plentiful it is. I've never had an y problems finding a job, and I've traveled all over the world, and made good money doing it too.

Hi Jeremy! Thanks for checking out the channel. I totally agree with you about the awareness. I’ve mentioned this before, I didn’t know about this profession until 1.5 years before separating. The skill set is transferable no matter what industry you’re in and the pay is good too. Sometimes travel can be a burden but this is a cool way to see cities on someone else’s dime.

Just got a job as a PSE which is practically the same. I’m prior navy with an electric background and have an emphasis on troubleshooting. You were spot on in your last video lol

Just came across your videos as I have an interview for my first job out of college for a FSE role in the company next week and your channel came up top of the search! I was wondering if you have any tips as to how to prepare for an interview and possibly some questions that you remember being asked during the interview process? Or if anyone watching this video has some advice it would be greatly appreciated!
