The moment I saw the word 'Kadroist' in the title I knew this is going to be a spicy Ottoman playthrough. I remember that in the past Kadroist Ottoman Empire was even able to ally with Savinkov's Russia, but I think it's good that this option was removed and replaced with new focuses, cuz these focuses actually reflect the Kadroists' beliefs. Well, the Kadroists weren't fully fascist or communist. They condemned fascism as a racist and imperialist ideology, but they also were against the Marxist rejection of nationalism, arguing that national liberation is more than a means to the end.
