Sorry, but Sustainability is nothing less than a cornerstone of these modern concrete structures. Many hundreds of tons of concrete made from CO2-intensive cement and a construction material that certainly has a considerable thermal mass but a lousy insulation capability. Let's not talk about the huge glass walls, not about the immense amount of energy necessary to lift all construction materials to these remote locations... It looks nice, the static is interesting, the landscape is breathtaking - no question. I would be interested in the personality of the inhabitants: no neighbors desired...
