This embroidered diary project is part of the larger series of "Embroider your stress away". A series that aim to focus on slow-stitch projects in favour of mental health and stress management. The idea for the project sprung from battling with post-partum depression after my second baby.

You might have just created a used book buying monster! I prefer to stitch pages and the covers aren't my favorite part. With so many books in the world, recycling them seems better than pitching. Thank you
