they need to invent a flat bobbin or bobbinless embroidery system.. they need to make those arms a lot thinner and then one could definitely embroider a picture on the pocket. time to sacrifice one of my embroidery machines in experiments....

The adhesive paper comes included with all of our embroidery machines.

How did you get it to do the slow trace?

After you do a regular trace, then the option for a contour trace (the slow trace which traces the outline of the design) should appear. This is the case for all Ricoma embroidery machines. Other machines may vary or may not have this feature. Hope this helps!

What about the sticky substance and the needle? Doesn't it gum up the needle?

Great question! If you start to see glue residue build up on the needles you will need to replace the needles as it can cause thread to shred. Some sticky backing brands have more glue than others, so needles will last longer depending on the sticky backing being used.

Hello, ive watched many videos of ricoma. They are amazing and they show that ricoma is an excellent machine with immense embroidery capabilities but I came across one video that trashes everything ricoma, it says ricoma is a fake and no value for money machine. Kindly comment.

I'd recommend removing pocket, do your embroidery, then sew it back on. Too risky this way.

Removing the pocket allows you to embroider a larger area as it gives you a lot more room to work with, but if you have a large order it's not very efficient production-wise to be having to remove the pocket and sewing it back on for tens or hundreds of garments.
