Although a great filter, its not a "real" embroidery stitch and needs some work for industry standard.

Hello ! Could you make a video on how to create your own complex material like this one please ? It would be so useful !

Hi, could you please specify what would you like to see/know?
@thibaudherbert3144 Жыл бұрын
I’m certainly asking too much, but what i would like to see is an entire process. For example you start from an image or sketch of a product design, let say a bag, then you create the texture from a to z in substance or other software. Bur i’m talking about a final render with multiple textures on it. For example leather, patchwork etc. Basically how to produce a complex texture from an initial image. It would be so useful If you could male a in depth video about that !

@@thibaudherbert3144 I absolutely hear you! At the moment I think you have to puzzle this together from multiple tutorials but it also depends on the product actually. I will put this on my tutorial "to do" list.

did you figured that out? because the new embroidery filter on sampler has limitation of 6 colors but when I export my material with the embroidery filter to substance painter it looks really bad.

Is it possible to substitute the embroidery material for, let's say, metallic or gemstone materials??
@Anna_Natter Жыл бұрын
I'm not sure I understand the question. Could you rephrase it? :)
@mac_n_cheese93 Жыл бұрын
@@Anna_Natter Sure! I mean it like if I want to add beads to that material, is it possible to add them and then apply a metallic material? I guess it'd have to be a different layer?

@@mac_n_cheese93 I think it‘s better to be done with Designer. Or you can give it a try with the Image to Material feature, but it would take some experimenting for sure!
