For your embroidery machine, have you had a problem with one head being centered and the second head being off center? If so, how do you fix that?

I have not ran into that issue but I did have a slight hick up with one head not lining up with the bobbin hole. In that case there’s a skrew behind head number that you can loosen up the adjust the heads. I’d call up Ricoma’s tech team and they would walk you through it on face time
