Mur just wanna let you know you’ve inspired me on my own game flipping journey. Been focused on PlayStation and 90’s early 2000’s PC games and have been having a blast. That’s fantastic to hear, my friend. That was a very cool era for PC gaming and the PS1 era definitely had a magic all its own. The late 90s had some amazing games across the board. A transitional period yet innovative in so many ways. Glad you’re out hunting and keep me posted on what you find!

Summon mojo with paint bucket metal drumming--THESE are the flea market flippin' tips I'm here for! Seriously, that was great though. Damn you find some sweet Joe stuff! The mini-arcades are some of our fave display pieces. We have them out with the NECA Toony Terrors hanging out around them.

I totally did a mojo summoning cantrip. Rolled a nat 20 on my wisdom check too. Because the toy table just appeared after that. You know I don’t script my stuff. This actually went down that way and it was mad nutz!!

This is why I subscribed and still watch your channel. For you still venture out to the flea markets and yard sales. Most other game hunting channels have either retired or now focus on hunting in game store's or buying bulk multi thousand dollars deal's. Me I'm a gamer collector on a budget. So I prefer to watch people do as I do. Go out and hunt in the nity gritty.

Mur, I can’t get enough of your Flea Market Flippin episodes. I nearly fell out of my chair when you requested that drummer to play Slayer - Raining Blood and then he breaks out Iron Maiden’s Flight of Icarus from Piece of Mind. Holy wow!! Metalheads are alive and well!

I’m glad to hear that! I’ve narrowed my focus over the years but I still like to keep a couple irons in the fire. Right now its Flea Marketing, the Free Gamestop series and “Is This Still Online”. But early on I did dabble in D&D as well as a comic book series. But there’s only so many hours in the day. Thanks for being here!

Awesome pickups! Paint Bucket Guy is my new hero, he played some Iron Maiden! I just bought Tomb Raider Underworld on 360 for 7$ on eBay last weekend! You would have picked up a Transformers and you would have represented my childhood right there lol! Great video and keep up the good work!

Yeah the calling for prices is a mega peave of mine. I think I could’ve made a decent bundle there but at their prices, it would all have to work and you just don’t get that guarantee. People always bust my chops in the comments too saying I’m cheap and an a hole and blah blah. But the reality is, you have to get in this stuff at the right price.

Got a power outage out here no gaming on my only day off sucks . Came in clutch my friend. Had a friend hook me up with his old games this past weekend ps3 ps2 and wii consoles paid 35 also 3 x box 360 controllers not bad picked up a ps5 for 650 too I just had to have one . LOVE TMNT vintage toys so much! Good snag! What's the story behind the Gijoe vehicle? Is it very sought after? The mini arcades are so cool. I have a tiny room of them with the Ninja Turtles playing them lol

The whole line is pretty much sought after, it was just wildly coincidental that this was here but we just restored one in my GIJoe lot I scored. Crazy odds! And yes the mini arcades are nice shelf candy. If u love TMNT you are gonna pass out over the next toy episode!

Still to this day, there are not many games with the features it had available. The rock crawling "while flawed", switching between 2x, 4x4, 4x4l and such, wenching yourself out when you got stuck, the ideas in that game were ahead of its time and thus were not perfectly executed lol.

Hey Mur. It seems like there are slimmer pickings these days. Your older videos it felt like you were always walking away with a console (especially Wi) or stack of games. Do you feel the same? Maybe less to pick through or more vendors who think eBay is the way to price this stuff?

You’re absolutely right. Pickins are slim because the cats been out of the bag a long time. People know games are worth money. Retro stuff has been bought and sold for the last decade in major quantities and a lot of it has found new forever homes. But you’re not gonna catch me faking and fluffing my pickups with stuff from my collection or bought on eBay. This show will always be a realistic depiction of the market and current climate. Im leaning in on vintage toys a little too because it’s popping up and values are climbing. And it’s interesting and kinda ties in as retro. Is that something that interests you? We’re still gonna score games here and there but it’s definitely a different climate now. And anyone claiming to find 4 Neo Geos a week needs to be scrutinized. Lol

As you say, it seems like a lot of the older stuff has found a forever home so it will be interesting with mini consoles or reproductions and other means if we’ll get access to older games but I can’t say I have a lot of hope from either Sega or Nintendo.

Wii U games are becoming rarer and rarer to spot in the wild, some people even say that they will become as rare as Sega CD and Saturn games. Therefore they have been creeping up in prices as of late. You should have taken that Batman Arkham Origins when you had the chance. Oh well, if you considered that it wasn't worth it, maybe it truly wasn't.
