Exactly what I have been looking for. I especially like there are no horns and just great engine sounds. I’m watching CP Train Assembly During a Snowstorm w/ UP Foreign Power, (CP 8943 and UP 9064). I don’t know which engine had the awesome Blum Blum Blum Blum several times as they went back and forth. Thank you so much for bringing the action to us!

Thanks for watching, I'm glad you enjoyed it! That would of been the lead GE unit 'growling'.

This was a great compilation. That SOO GP38 was a great catch! I love how the turbocharged 567's, 645's and 710's sound but the GP/SD38's sound so unique, roots style supercharged💪🏼. Thanks for posting 👍🏼🇺🇸😎

Nothing better than the sound of an EMD at work especially when at full throttle or notch 8

I saw 7019 in London Ontario a few weeks ago. She's the first SD70ACu I ever saw in person.

2 stroke higher frequency sound
@douglasskaalrud68658 ай бұрын
I think that’s true at lower rpm’s but when a BNSF train with GEVOs on it comes up the hill to my house I can assure you they sound very well organized.

EMD 567, 645, and 710. How did they manage increasing cubic inches that much? Same block or different ?

The G.E. 4 stroke's ,, the more "clanking" kind are great in their own "4 stroke" family , Those E.M.D. 2 strokes sound like a turbine spooling up 💖💯, both put off some strong energy close up but the E.M.D.'S are what raw, brute, diesel horsepower by the thousands power sounds like 😝💯✌️

I think those Gp38's are running 567's that sounds quite alot like the good ole 567
@tankman_tv93322 жыл бұрын
Its a roots-blown EMD 645
@losi5ivet29cc2 жыл бұрын
@@tankman_tv9332 Yes roots blown 645. Some 567s were rebuilt with 645 power assemblies though they're used in the GP9RMs.
