Thank you so much! I got out of a long distance narcissistic relationship in which I was discarded multiple times. The last time he said he wanted to be “friends”; but he kept behaving like we were still in a relationship. He couldn’t understand that I didn’t want to be friends and so I have blocked him everywhere. He was trying to email me and contacting people on Facebook. I have finally had enough and it is time for me to heal. I want to start the new decade with self love. This video is going to help me!

I just divorced out of a 27 year relationship with the narcissist 3 weeks later our only son died. I still feel called to him and his abuse and the beauty and the therapies just a start I'm this is start I am hoping that it will help Me Too!.

@@giamehlos5087 I am so sorry about the loss of your son. Definitely keep watching this video for help. Journaling and self care will help too. Think about all of the things you have wanted to do but didn’t. Reconnecting with family and friends are great too.

Do you use affirmations while watching the star and then let the mind and eyes rest while breathing deeply with nature? Or continue the affirmations with nature as well?

abig thanks for you helped to feel better by your answer and give me ahope to be fine my last question until now are doctors use different ways to thraphy that not here on the you tube or move eyes left and right isa part of therapy parts I preciat your help and your advice sorry about iasked you alot and my weak English language it is my second language thanks again

There's a lot of therapy , that's right. Even in EMDR, some therapist prefer use sounds instead of light or hand mouvement to follow with eyes. I am not a specialist as you know of this in Therapy. But I think that when you're in pain you'd better be with help and not by yourself only.

If you're not feeling well, maybe you should meet a therapist or a doctor. When a tool is not helping, we should stop use it for a moment and look for help with a real ppl appointment.

I want to ask ihave done edmr with my self fora montht then I have apain at my haed and body feeling worry is that dangerous or its part of recovery process

I don't think it's part of a recovery process. These video are for relaxation and not for therapy. If you feel worry and if you feel pain, you should contact a specialist, doctor then therapist. Don't stay alone with health problems.

I asked doctor he told me if you want to theart abad pain feel or amemory you may be open and feel pain and asked some one who load avideo about edmr told me that my body is talking I should contiue the edmr until the pain dis appears my edmr was moving my eyes left and right by imagine the bad pain or feel DO you think that I anewrar attack sorry about my long answer But its important to me because idont have money to get doctor

So your doctor maybe right. This video Here is just for relax. I practiced maybe once two ou four months alone. For painful memories i had meetings with EMDR therapist. If you have doubt you should listen to yourself and maybe stop practice alone.
