First off, there needs to be transparency on how much players and coaches are being paid. This will only help players with negotiating. I don't get the secrecy behind the competitive contacts. There also needs to be transparency or maybe a rule that a player shouldn't represent an org competitively if they're being paid more as a content creator through another org, independent sponsorships and partnerships wouldn't count. There's this type of transparency in any other sport competition. There should be a transfer window that has a definite end date for every split. It's unhealthy for the esport to just let teams swap players whenever it's convenient. It also keeps orgs committed to the league and their teams.

first off, what does transparency have to do with any of these rostermania switches going on, its not as if every pro level player is financially backed and switches just because of higher salary, thats just really dumb take. secondly, a rule to prevent content creator to have an competitive org backer for pro career? u got to learn to separate 2 very different things from each other, to begin with content creator doesnt need to stick with one game only and that stupid rule only makes it harder for ppl who wants to become a pro for the game 💀
