Great video, glad there is some new review of this on YT! I just bought three units of the Gen2 last week. The first one had arrived, but had faulty charging, also the mic did never charge or turn on (after trying all possible solutions it was clear that it is some HW issue). Emeet support was great and they are now sending me a replacement. The other two arrived later and worked fine, so I am wating for the third one to make my video review with a complete set of functioning set of three. I am most curious about the audio sync issues - I have so far noticed, that when I use the Emeet Stream on iPhone, threre is an audio lag, but with Windows version, the latency seems better. This is only a problem for live streaming, because you can sync the audio in post-production easily. Well - that syncing (multicam from SD recordings) I have to test as well, because the camera codec does not seem to have straight framerates like 24/25/30/50/60p and there is no way to set this up in pro mode. But given the price and that most of the quirks seem to be fixable with a firmware update, this is a VERY good low budget streaming setup!

@@draxxicek thank you for thr feed back of your experience especially with Apple since I specifically own an Android phone. At t the end of the video I go over the issues. To microSD in my limited testing no lag issues. I didn't even notice there is a Windows streaming APP. I might have to revisit this one day. If Emeet can fix the lag bug especially at 1080P that would make this pretty darned awesome especially at the price point.

Good analysis there. Question, can I use a microphone in port to connect sound or audio music from a mixer if at all I don’t want to use those small microphones that comes with camera?

@@sifainternationalchristian288 thank you and if your mixer has TRS 3.5MM OUTPUT. If you List closely when I had the external mic connected the sound wasn't perfect, was fine but not perfect. if Canada post would stop being on strike I could get my new audio 6 channel mixer for testing but I have a pile of gear stuck in the middle of nowhere right now

@ oh I see and yes the mixer has TRS 3.5 MM output. I do live streaming for church using a phone with prism live studio but I can’t connect multiple cameras, so when I saw your video showing multiple cameras I was excited,now if the sound is a problem that’s a big issue! But thanks for explaining.

@@sifainternationalchristian288 I like the Emeet S800 webcam far more. I don't believe there is any mic in option BUT if you have a computer OBS and making the input audio a different device works well. I reviewed the webcam on my Tech channel. I have 2 S800 webcams. If you're in BC Canada could maybe help (oh see you're in the United States). It's not easy to find great options all around for affordable prices.

Great Review and Thanks For sharing... I'm curious as to what the differences are between Gen 2 and the 1st Version are? I've been researching and leaning towards this camera option for a while now... I want to use it for Live streaming and recording...and NOW I have a concern since you mentioned the Audio/Video sync issues while editing in Davinci Resolve??? How concerning are the sync issues while editing? Or should I maybe buy the 1st Gen and hope for the best? I really want 1080p footage at least..since it doesn't offer 4K... Your feedback is appreciated in advance.. (I'll be coming from using the Roland Aerocaster VRC 100? I believe? )

@@djskillzz215 if you plan live streaming or recording to OBS and other on computer VIDEO APP I am getting aN Emeet 4K webcam (the higher end model that looks like the streamcam one. From what I saw this camera has amazing picture quality but does not have wireless power. I should be reviewing it in a about a week. I contacted Emeet for an answer between gen 1 and 2. They have told me they are looking into fixing the 1080P audio video sync issue. Since I sent them a video clip showing the issue before posting my review.

TBH, I like the EMEET (3) camera pack Price Point, LOL, So hopefully the one you review will still fit in my budget so I can have at least 2 camera views for my music production videos/live streams... I'll also be checking out more of your past content as well... I appreciate you!

@@djskillzz215 thank you. The camera I got is cheaper on Amazon than it is at Emeet online. I ordered one so if they don't send soon enough I can review it and have 2 camera angles along with my main camera. Forgot to mention I was planning to review the webcam on my Spark E Tech channel. Since a webcam is more tech than Studio KZbin equipment. I have a LOT of reviews coming for my days off of work. Thanks for the nice review. The outdoor sequence at the end of the vid has quite horrible color. Your skin looks yellow/corpse-like and the whole scene looks unnatural, a bit like the first Black Sabbath album cover with very selective over-saturation. Is that a settings problem or is it like that in default, out of the box? Thanks again.

@@forename_surname it was from messing around trying to get manual colors set. Outside and even with auto in very bright conditions in sunlight this struggles. Record in shaded conditions... I have to check if there is new firmware / to fix the issues I had experienced. I had a better experience with their S800 webcam I reviewed on my tech channel. It was good enough to record my review of the S800 secretly having purchased a second camera when Emeet set only 1. The most impressive gear I have tried is their high end Bluetooth headphones again reviewed on my tech channel... It kind of sucked without the updated firmware but installing the mobile phone software instantly recommended the update. Really loud with great reception distance and noise cancellation. I recorded both the speaker and the built in mic and the boom arm mic audio.

11:06 was 720P default out of cam. 1080P is noticeable better quality
