fun fact: the level chunks used to create the new sections for emerald Hill zone act 1 and 2 were scrapped from Sonic 2

​@Gabrielgaming- the terrain in the level uses 256×256 pictures of the terrain to create the level. Think mario maker when you place something down. It's just a bunch of those chunks strung together to make everything.

the act 2 song feels so much better than everything else I heard, when you keep the pitch of all the notes it really becomes modern without losing the charm, paying a great omage to the original FM Synthetizer instrument pitch and tone, I LOVE IT!

no it's not, green hill sucks, it's slow and filled to the brim with traps and bottomless pits, this one undid all thw bullshit in green hill zone for a reason, it became despised as an introductory stage due to the overuse, even the song feels way too happier, kinda imagine Amy chasing Sonic with a pair of hotdogs where the only condition is a sincere kiss from her crush. don't mind me, I'm just enjoying this song way too much.
