The problem is opportunities, investment in the youth, neighborhoods, and programs that bring people housing, and loans for businesses. If people are not allow to thrive in their own neighborhood, by making decisions for the future, own businesses, and and open up opportunities for people to advance...then change is just a bumper sticker and concept that will never come to be seen as a reality. (I guess that who they were) Big Country was there and told me to leave. I was high of course and I usually didn't obey when I was ordered to do something but for some reason I did and I never returned to that park again. Actually I didn't go to any park when I lived in SD. Mmm! We lived on Logan Ave in bunch of apartments, then I move to 3977 National Ave in some more apts near the 39th St Navy Base.
