Normally people start at 1, but the way they numbered the items makes so much more sense starting at 12, cause then you have all your tools before you get you first full diamond painting. Plus that way you can do the little projects with your kids first. They should have done it the other way around, because most people wouldn’t know it works out better in countdown rather then count up.
